Global Warming: Drought linked to Weather Warfare?

Newspapers and other media organizations across Canada and in the United States continue to report on a devastating drought. The National Post recently reported that: “The relentless heat that has blistered the United States and other parts of the world in recent years is so rare that it can’t be anything but man-made global warming, says a new statistical analysis from a top government scientist.”

Is the drought currently gripping much of the United States the result of greenhouse emissions and global warming, or is there a more sinister reason behind it? The makers of a documentary, which repeats on the History Channel, are convinced that drought, floods, hurricanes and even earthquakes are the result of weather manipulation by apparent Archons, including those in the United States, and Russia. Does this mean that the weapon of mass destruction of the future is the weather?

Science fiction of the past has often become the technology of the present, so it is conceivable that technological manipulations could cause drought and other extreme weather conditions. In order for the weather to become a weapon, three conditions would have to be met. First the aggressors would need to be able to trigger an event when and where they want it to happen, they would need to hit a specific target, and the action would need to be “plausibly deniable” (Who us?)

The documentary makes several assertions and their experts give quite convincing corroborating evidence. These assertions are that the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) in Alaska is being used to manipulate the weather; that the Russian Woodpecker program of the 70s and 80s was responsible for the great California drought from 1987-92; that it is possible to bend the path of the Jet Stream; that the U.S. deliberately extended the monsoon season over the Ho Chi Min Trail in an effort to disrupt supply lines; that the 1952 flood that hit Lynmouth in Devon was the disastrous result of the British military experimenting with cloud seeding; and that manipulation by a foreign power caused Hurricane Katrina to reach Category 5 and then abruptly change direction to land squarely on New Orleans.

The inferred conclusion by the History Channel’s documentary producers is that, if a political-military-industrial complex wished to control weather conditions, causing events such as severe drought, the technology exists to allow them to do so. The plausible denial is that “we” are not responsible; it is all caused by Climate Change. Given that climate is a worldwide phenomenon, it is hard to see how a power-hungry group, or a government, could insulate itself from the consequences of meddling with global weather. But if total domination of an area is the goal, then in the view of the Archons and their human collaborators, one has to accept a certain amount of collateral damage.

A drought in one area can be a boon to a neighbour unaffected by the dryness. So if a corporation or group of unscrupulous capitalists were to cause a drought, they could benefit by selling their products to the drought-stricken area for huge profits. On a larger scale, if this putative group were to artificially create drought globally, they would also create mass social chaos. Then they could step in with their solution – a fascist-totalitarian utopia – which would restore order, and bring them control over much of the world.
