Would an A.I. JESUS END THE WORLD? Zoltan Istvan Says YES!

The presidential candidate for the Transhumanist Party recently published a short story on Motherboard called THE JESUS SINGULARITY. The short outlines a scenario where the vice president who is labelled a born-again Christian and a champion of the “Christian vote in America,” takes over the presidency and demands the Artificial Intelligence to be made a Christian. The result is an AI that is fundamentalist and destroys the earth. Such a scenario severely undermines the real Gospel message, and paints Christians under the premise of public and political Christianity. This video is Gonzo Shimura’s response to the story.
